Most of our customers are located within about 20 miles of Horsham; our response times (typically within half a day for emergencies) reflect this.

Hours of Business (appointments only)
Weekdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm (phones manned until 9:00pm)
Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm (reduced service)

Charges
We charge business customers at a constant hourly rate and - for scheduled work - there are no callout fees for our normal service area. We are VAT-registered.
We charge private customers at a lower hourly rate but there is normally a nominal callout fee for customers who live outside of Horsham boundary.
