We build computers to at least an office specification, using only good quality, branded components from reputable trade suppliers. We assemble them ourselves using manufacturing/quality best practice, and burn-in test the completed unit. Since we only supply locally, we offer a no-quibble 1 year warranty and we will come to your premises to pick up or repair the unit. Our intention is to make the whole process of selection, purchase, installation and support as hassle-free as possible for our customers.

In particular, if you are a home user with little experience of computers, we will visit you‡ and discuss your needs in an understandable and jargon-free manner so that you can make an informed decision.

Our prices are competitive but we do not offer bargain-priced loss-leaders. It you require special features such as games performance, we will be pleased to quote for the equipment.

You do your homework and you find that some companies appear to offer entry level computers with good specifications at a price significantly below most other manufacturers. You quickly find that you have to read the small print very carefully to make sure that everything you want is actually included in the price but, even so, the price is good. You reckon that you cannot go far wrong, as you have at least a one year warranty.

The goods arrive but, within the warranty period, a fault develops. You contact the Customer Service number and are told that you must repackage the unit and send it - at your expense - to a service centre. Alternatively, you find yourself talking to a service centre in India and the agent keeps you on the phone - sometimes for hours - undertaking tests to identify the nature of the fault in order to assess whether the problem is covered by warranty. In the end, you spend so much money and become so stressed that you wonder if you made the right purchasing decision.
