We are very experienced at diagnosing and repairing all types of software and hardware problems. We also upgrade and add new hardware as required. We can fix most problems in your home but, if necessary, we can also remove the box to our fully-equipped workshop.

When we make a visit to your home, we welcome your involvement in the process and we will explain the problem to you in such a way that you always know beforehand what we are doing and how much it will cost.

Please note we do not generally support games compatibility issues, as the cost of repair can often outweigh the value of the game.
